Ah, a touch of the gothic melodrama. A wheelbarrow full of monster drums and steroid powered guitars. Some sultry yet over the top vocals. Put them in an industrial strength blender and press the Start button.
It's a mighty blast that results as the three songs that make up this EP splatter the room (really should have put the lid on the blender…). "Mirror Mirror" is so wildly over the top of the blender and all over the kitchen cupboards that it will take a week to clean up the mess. "Cannibalistic Queen" starts off threatening you with Bon Jovi before punching you in the face for no good reason at all.
Lead singer Kirst uses her feminine charms to turn these songs from metal anthems in to something altogether more arty. Interesting indeed.
