If this were a vinyl LP then one side would certainly be receiving a lot more play than the other as virtually all the best racks seem to be contained in the first half dozen tracks.  The pick of the bunch are "Pretty Caroline", a particularly beautiful effort, although it does takes time to grow on you, and "Exposed" which perfectly highlights Melissa's blend of pop sounding Americana.

Best of the other tracks are "Easy" and, bucking the previously mentioned trend, "Lie to Me" from the second half of the CD.  If Melissa has any more material of the calibre displayed in the first half of this album up her sleeve, then she should shake it out immediately and get back to the recording studio.

NB Vinyl LP - a flat, disc shaped object used extensively in the second half of the 20th century to convey analogue sound to the listener.
