Ian is actually called Ian Bouras and that's about it for the biographical details. The music? Well, calling it music is a bit contentious for this album falls into the ambient genre. In other words, all the songs sound the same. That might even be the point.
To pick out individual songs therefore wouldn't really achieve anything but, overall, there is a mellow, reggae like feel to the album something like a dub album but without the danceability. It's all very well executed in its laidback way, of course, but nothing about this album sticks in the mind. An admirable quality in background music perhaps but I'd forgotten all the songs before it even finished. Even worse, that meant that I had to listen to it again so that I could write this review.
