With a history of supplying music for skinflicks, it's no surprise that London noiseniks Language rely heavily on the theme of sex in their lyrics. How vulgar! A double A-side of theirs found its way to Bluesbunny, so we did the sensible thing and made sure it was in fact a music CD before anything else. To everyone's horror, it was in fact a CD.

"Macadamia" features Kraftwerk-esque beats clashing with massively distorted instrumentation. The lyrics are jumbled - perhaps for the sake of consistency - and what results will surely please followers of the nu-rave sounds of The Klaxons.

Far from your standard pop-rock affair, the group continue their angular assault on the eardrums on "We Are Here".  While there's little in the way of a tune, this amalgamation of distorted sounds actually seems quite hip, so fair play to the boys for catching on. In an odd way the songs are actually quite danceable.

Granted, they lack any semblance of class or respect for traditional musical values, Language have instead taken the route of queer noise. And they do it pretty well. Huzzah!
